Advanced Leadership Program
A nine-month online program for senior and executive women leaders with a Hogan psychometric assessment, three full-day virtual workshops, nine webinars, four one-to-one executive coaching sessions, three peer coaching sessions and an adaptive leadership challenge.
Corporate Mentoring Program
A six-month mentoring program run inside an organisation: mentor-mentee matching led by an organisational psychologist, a launch and training phase aligned to the client's values and frameworks, and an online resources hub. Used for high-potential and diverse talent, graduates and leadership development.
Emerging Leaders Program
A six or nine-month online program for first-time managers and team leads: about ten minutes of daily practice, 13 skill journeys, and a monthly facilitated mentoring session with a cohort of 8-12 peers. Ends with graduation.
Executive Ready
A seven-month part-time online program for experienced women leaders preparing for more senior roles: 360-degree feedback, three full-day virtual workshops, six webinars, five peer coaching sessions and a professional leadership project.
Executive Women in Resources Leadership Mentoring Program
A mentoring program for 20 senior women leaders in the Australian resources sector who are preparing for C-suite roles: one-to-one mentoring with a C-suite industry mentor, executive coaching on a leadership maturity profile, and networking with resources executives.
Leadership Development Program
A residential program for senior managers and small business owners: two three-day blocks and a one-day follow-up workshop, with facilitators, business mentors and a work-based project that applies the learning in the participant's own business.
Leading Edge
A four-month part-time program for emerging and aspiring women leaders, built around two virtual workshop days, five webinars, four peer coaching sessions, a capability assessment, self-paced modules and a workplace project. About two hours a week.
Owner Manager Program
A five-month program for owners of private businesses with $5m-$100m revenue, delivered in residential blocks of three days and two nights. Owners work with the MYMAX team and peers on cash flow, management, succession or exit, and aligning multiple owners.
Owners Intensive
A one-and-a-half-day residential session for private business owners with $5m-$100m revenue, held in a group of 12-20 owners. The fee is credited against enrolment in the Owner Manager Program.
