Oxford Leadership Development Programme
A customisable leadership development programme run in stages over nine to twelve months to prepare executives and high-potential staff for senior management roles. Organisations arrange it by speaking to one of the firm's consultants.
Transformational Leadership Program (TLP)
A 12-month leadership program for high-potential managers and new partners in accounting firms, combining interactive webinars, two mandatory two-day workshops (one in person), coaching calls and a self-chosen project, with an in-firm coach for each participant. Participants should expect at least 60 hours of time.
