A six-month mentoring program run inside an organisation: mentor-mentee matching led by an organisational psychologist, a launch and training phase aligned to the client's values and frameworks, and an online resources hub. Used for high-potential and diverse talent, graduates and leadership development.
Cross-Company Mentoring
A 12-month virtual mentoring program that matches mid-career managers, directors and executives with mentors from other companies. Participants meet their mentor monthly and can join optional monthly business education webinars; new cohorts launch every quarter.
Executive Women in Resources Leadership Mentoring Program
A mentoring program for 20 senior women leaders in the Australian resources sector who are preparing for C-suite roles: one-to-one mentoring with a C-suite industry mentor, executive coaching on a leadership maturity profile, and networking with resources executives.
LEAD
A year-long hybrid cross-company program for high-potential directors and vice presidents. It combines one-on-one mentoring with a senior executive from outside the participant's organisation, a peer group, monthly online workshops and four in-person summit days.
Self-Managing Leadership (SML) Online
An online version of the firm's self-managing leadership course, made of ten sessions on leadership, purpose and emotional intelligence with a personal action plan. It can be done self-guided at your own pace or coach-led with fortnightly webinars.
