Emerging Leaders Program
A six or nine-month online program for first-time managers and team leads: about ten minutes of daily practice, 13 skill journeys, and a monthly facilitated mentoring session with a cohort of 8-12 peers. Ends with graduation.
High-Potential Leadership Development Program
An organisation-commissioned program in which the firm's coaches work with a group of high-potential candidates one-on-one and in groups for six to twelve months, aligned to the organisation's strategy.
Leadership Development & Advisory for Partner-Led Businesses
A program for partner-led firms in which the firm's coaches work with a large cohort of new partners one-on-one and in groups for six to twelve months, aligned to the organisation's strategy.
MANAGE
A six-month online cross-company program for managers and strong individual contributors learning to lead people and projects. Small groups of two to three mentees are matched with a mentor who has 15+ years of experience, alongside interactive online workshops and peer exchange with other companies.
PERFORM
A three-month program for early-career professionals, offered inside client organisations online or in person. It combines role-model mentoring, interactive workshops, panel discussions and mentee learning teams on how a business works and how to build credibility.
