• Coaching Essentials for Leaders

  Teleos Leadership Institute · Certification · 60 hours over two sessions about six months apart

  An ICF Level 1, 60-hour program teaching coaching skills to leaders in the context of the classroom and the wider education system. It is taught in two four-day sessions about six months apart and combines coaching mechanics with personal development.

• Teleos Coach Development Program (TCDP)

  Teleos Leadership Institute · Certification, Bootcamp or intensive · 9 months

  A nine-month, ICF-accredited executive coaching program taught in person in two one-week intensives with intersession practice. It covers emotional intelligence, resonant leadership, Gestalt and systems theory, and totals 125 curriculum hours towards ICF PCC eligibility.
